Expressions of interest are currently being sought for the position of Chair of the World Lacrosse (WL) Rules Committee.
The Rules Committee Chair is responsible for the effective leadership, and overall management of this committee, whose primary role is to advise and support the development and delivery of agreed competition rules for all World Championship disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Convener and Chair of meetings, planning, guiding and leading the agenda discussions, and preparing necessary reports on meeting activities.
- Ensure relevant timelines and expectations are being managed in collaboration with the WL Director of Sport
- Provide leadership, and ensure the committee fulfils its Terms of Reference and any other matters delegated to it.
- Undertake a pivotal role in fostering the effectiveness of the committee.
- Be available & willing to attend World Championship events in varying disciplines as agreed.
