The NZBLAX have just completed a 3-day selection camp. On Day 3 all players were asked to meet at the Lake Wainamu Track at Bethells Beach for “The Wall Challenge”. The team were asked to complete 3 challenges.
1. Individual Race: Complete the wall 5 times without stopping.
2. Team Race: Complete the wall once in small groups.
3. NZBLAX Challenge: Complete the wall once as a full squad remaining linked the whole time.
Everyone completed the challenge! The World Cup team will be back to do the “Great Dune” in the next 3 months.
