FIL Announcement: The 2013 Women’s World Cup will be held in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada on 11 – 20 July 2013.

Click here for a copy of the NZLA National Team selection process that was used to select players for the 2010 World Championships. The NZLA is reviewing the process to ensure that it functions in the best interest of men’s lacrosse in New Zealand. We invite submissions from teams, players, and others who might want to be heard. Your submission will remain anonymous unless you include your name and contact details. It will be used by the NZLA as it reviews the selection process. Please encourage your team mates to have a say, it is OK to make a group submission.
The deadline for submissions will be the end of Friday, 7 January 2011. Late submissions will be accepted, but may not be considered. The NZLA will then discuss the themes of submissions via email/phone and provide options for voting at NZLA meeting on 29 or 30 of January (at the National Lacrosse Tournament in Hamilton).
Submissions can be sent via SurveyMonkey (preferred) or directly to Eric Messick, President NZLA, ericm [at] waikato [dot] ac [dot] nz. The fixtures for this season are as follows:
Hamilton has been selected as the venue for the national tournament. The tournament will be played over the Auckland regional holiday weekend.There will be senior men’s and women’s programs as well as junior and schools competitions.
